We would like to share with you the many treasures available in and around our Brookings, Oregon beach home rental.
You can enjoy the view of the ocean from the deck, walk down the stairway to explore the beach and tide pools, or read a book from inside the cozy home. Brookings is also host to unlimited outdoor activities.

Terms & Conditions
Reservations can be made online, by e-mail, by telephone or in person at Medford Sports Injury & Therapy Center in Medford, Oregon. Call (541) 734-8500 or Fax 541-734-7592 Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Rental/Cleaning Deposit: A $250.00 refundable deposit is required. After the reservation is confirmed, you will receive a Rental Agreement to sign and return. One week prior to arrival, the rental fee is due and payable in full by check or credit card. Any returned check will result in a charge of $25.00. Seven to ten days after your departure, the deposit will be refunded unless there is breakage etc. reported.
There is a two night minimum. Weekly rates are also available.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. – Check out time is noon.
There will be a $5.00 per person charge for any guest over the total of eight.
This is a non-smoking home and we have a no pets allowed policy in effect.
Cancellations must notify us no later than four weeks prior to reservation date, after which the advance deposit is refundable only if the house can be re-rented for the canceled period. No refunds for early departure.
